Floral Welcome Tag

SUPPLIES

1. Open new transparent image 400 x 400.

2. Open the victorianvase02 tube and copy and paste it as a new layer on your blank canvas.

3. Duplicate layer twice.

4. Highlight the original layer and resize to 110%.

5. Effects || Plugins || Graphics Plus Pinwheel

6. Highlight 1st copy and resize 110%.

7. Adjust || Blur || Radial Blur

8. Highlight top layer.

9. Effects || 3D Effects || Drop Shadow

10. Add text -- forground color #953835, background floralwelcomefill

11. Apply an inner bevel.

12. Apply same drop shadow as before.

13. Select none. Crop, resize and Save!
