SUPPLIES

1. Open image, duplicate and close the original.

2. Add 3 pixel symmetric red border

3. Select border with magic wand and flood fill with color #FFCFC0

4. Invert selection and apply cutout.

5. Repeat cutout changing V/H to -2. Select none.

6. Add 10 pixel symmetric border, flood fill with cotton quilt pattern, invert and apply cutout from step 4. Select none.

7. Add 3 pixel symmetric border, flood fill with color #FFCFC0, invert and apply cutouts from steps 4 and 5. Select none.

8. Add 15 pixel symmetric border and flood fill with pattern changing angle on pattern to 50, invert and apply cutout from step 4. Select none.

9. Add a new raster layer.

10. With cornerbrushes5 002, size 100 add corner with color #FFCFC0 - position corner with mover tool.

11. Duplicate layer - Mirror.

12. Merge down - Duplicate layer - Flip - Merge down.

13. Select all - float - defloat.

14. Apply inner bevel.

15. Add 3 pixel symmetric border, flood fill with color #FFCFC0, invert and apply cutouts from steps 4 and 5. Select none.

16. Add 3 pixel symmetric border, flood fill with pattern, invert and apply cutouts from steps 4 and 5. Select none.

17. Add 3 pixel symmetric border and flood fill with color #FFCFC0 invert and apply cutouts from steps 4 and 5. Select none.
