1. Add symmetric 2 pixel borders in a dark color from your image.

2. Add symmetric 2 pixel borders in a light color from your image.

3. Select border with magic wand and flood fill with gold pattern - select none.

4. Add 2 pixel symmetric border with the dark color.

5.Select all

6. Selction - Modify - Contract 6

7. Effects - 3D effects - Cutout

8. Repeat cutout changing vertical and horizontal to -2.

9. Select none

10. Add symmetric 10 pixel border in light color.

11. Select border with magic wand.

12. With paint brush (van gogh large) paint lightly around border without completely covering it.

13. Effects - Plugins - VM Toolbox - Grid - Default.

14. Effects - Plugins - VM Toolbox - Radial Noise - Default.

15. Effects - Plugins - Mura's Seamless - Emboss - Default.

16. Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout - Change v/h to 0.

17. Repeat steps 1-4.

18. Add symetric borders - 20.

19. Select with magic wand.

20. Repeat Paintbrush step 12.

21. Effects - VM Distortion - Slicer - Default.

22. Repeat Slicer 3-4 times.

23. Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout - v/h 0.

24. Select none.

25. Repeat steps 1-4.

26. Repeat steps 10-16.

27. Repeat steps 1-4.

28. Select all - Modify - Contract 6

29. Effects - 3D Effects -Cutout - v/h 2.

30. Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout - v/h -2.

31. Copy and paste corner as new layer - resize as needed.

32. Dupicate layer.

33. Image - Mirror.

34. Merge down.

35. Duplicate layer.

36. Image - Flip.

37. Merge down.

38. Select all - FLoat - Defloat.

39. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow.

40. Select none.

41. Merge - visible

42. Resize as needed.

43. Save
