02 - Shift+D ... Close original At this step you can add your name. Layers > Merge visible.

03 - Layers > Duplicate

04 - Select a color for FR BG : Null

05 - Zoom your tube. We are working on copy layer.

06 - Paint Brush - Paint

07 - Pick a lighter color and draw

08 - Retouch tool

09 - Pick darker color. Paint

10 - File > Save as psp format.

11 - Open in AS.

12 - Right click on Frame 1 > Frame Properties : 100 ............OK

13 - Right click on Frame 2 > Frame Properties : 20 ............OK
