01 - Choose your tube. You can resize it. If it is big. I always use Bicubic Resample If you resize always 90%....90%...90%...............You don't need sharpen.

02 - Save it your Lesson folder, psp7 format.

03 - Open your tube at AS.

04 - Animation > Insert Frame > Empty

05 - Open you glitter name in AS. Click first frame. Edit > Select all Grab to your tube. (First frame)

06 - Crop it (If it needs)

07 - Make animation
